Dr. Nigel Lee has devoted serious study to this matter and constantly asks the reader: What saith the Scripture? This study is worthy of attentive investigation. It offers a wide outlook on the cultural command and the work of man in all areas of life as a commission of God, Who is also the Lord of culture. The theocentric approach is basic to the writer’s approach, even for culture too, namely, “Of Him and through Him and to Him are all things: to Whom be glory for ever” (Rom. 1 1 : 36).
